ORDER PROCESSING
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Little Neni does not ship orders on federal holidays.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Little Neni ships all orders via USPS or UPS and shipping fees are calculated based on package weight. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Once items have shipped, we will email your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within one business day, please contact us at info@shoplittleneni.com

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time begins once items are marked as received by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for all tracking information to be updated. The following are expected delivery times based on location:

50 States: 1-3 days
US Territories: 5-7 days
APO/FPO addresses: 2-4 weeks

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES (updated June 9, 2020):
Little Neni is still operating as normal and will continue to process orders the next business day. Though the USPS has done an excellent job in ensuring packages get delivered within the expected delivery times for domestic orders, current COVID-19 service impacts within the USPS network have caused some orders to be delayed. Particularly, we have noticed a significant increase in processing time through the USPS international distribution centers for APO/FPO orders so please expect delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
