Recall FAQ

RECALL FAQ

Why are the sleeveless rompers being recalled?
After having our products tested for compliance with federal safety standards, it was made known to us that the uncoated areas of the metal snap buttons used in the sleeveless rompers contain levels of lead that exceed the lead content limit. Though unlikely, if ingested, lead can be toxic and can cause adverse health effects.

Can I keep the product?
Unfortunately, you cannot. We strongly recommend that you remove the item from your child's wardrobe and destroy it to prevent future use. The safety of all our Little Nenis is our top priority.

Will I get a refund?
Yes. You will receive either a full payment refund or a refund in the form of store credit. In order to receive the refund, you must destroy the item and provide us with proof that the item has been destroyed (i.e. photo or video). Please send your proof of the destroyed item and your refund preference to info@shoplittleneni.com. All payment refunds will be issued to the payment used to purchase the item.

How do I destroy the garment?
You can destroy the garment by cutting it in half.

Have there been any incidents reported?
No! There have been zero safety incidents reported. The safety of our Little Nenis is our utmost priority and this recall is being voluntarily conducted by us to prevent any possible future incidents.
